World Letters offers both individual story letters and subscription products.
Subscription products include the delivery of story letters over the selected subscription period. The number of deliveries will depend on the subscription purchased.
Subscribers receive one new adventure per mailing cycle. Mailing schedules may vary slightly due to public holidays, production schedules or postal service delays.
Any subscription renewal terms will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
Gift subscriptions may be purchased and delivered to a recipient nominated by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all recipient details, including name and delivery address, are accurate at the time of ordering.
World Letters currently ships within Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other delivery providers once an item has been dispatched.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional postage charges may apply before the item can be resent.

We will work with you to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
As World Letters products are printed and dispatched to order, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
